Commercial Disputes

Elborne Mitchell has a strong reputation and extensive experience in resolving commercial disputes. The firm deals with a variety of commercial disputes, in the High and County courts and in arbitration.  It frequently attracts instructions to handle high value, complex disputes with an international dimension.  Where necessary, we are experienced in acting swiftly to preserve assets by way of injunctive relief and in asset tracing procedures.

We aim to resolve the dispute economically and efficiently and -  wherever possible -  in a way that preserves existing commercial relationships. This includes advice on pre-dispute and dispute avoidance measures, and resolution of the dispute by means of an early mediated settlement.
Our practice areas and expertise covers the whole range of commercial disputes, including insurance,  contracts, employment, shareholder and corporate disputes,  professional negligence, financial transactions, and sports, including regulatory issues.
